Placing online orders

When you are finished with your shopping, click the "check out" button of shopping basket on the right side of your screen and fill in the information as required. At the end of the check out process, you'll see a page confirming your order. Please click the "place order now" button to complete your purchase.

  • If you are a returning customer, you will be prompted to login by providing your email address and password. If you can't remember your password, click here to retrieve your hint.
  • If you are a new customer and have not shopped with us before, you will be required to register first by providing your email address and password, before completing the check out process. Click here to register.

    First-time purchase

    We recommend that you register and login before you checkout your shopping basket so that you can save your delivery address and credit card details in "my account" for quicker checkout in the future. For customers buying on the first time, we also offer a First-time Purchase option which only requires you to enter your email address (no registration is required) to checkout so as to allow you to experience the ease of shopping at

    Important Note for customer choosing "First-time Purchase" option:
    Only after successful membership registration, bonus points and order history, including Order No., Order Details and Order Status, will be saved in your member account. If you register for membership after using "First-time Purchase" for the first order, the bonus points and order history on that order will NOT be saved or counted in your member account.

    Redeeming promotion codes & cash coupon codes

    If you have a promotion code, just enter it in the promotion code field on the Shopping Basket page (Step 1 of the checkout process); if you have a cash coupon code, please enter in on the Payment page (Step 3 of the checkout process). Please note that these codes are case-sensitive. Click "update basket" to see the promotion reflected in your shopping basket. You may only use one promotion code per order, and in some cases promotions can only be redeemed once per person.     Charging to your credit card

    For Credit Card payment (except UnionPay Online Payment order)
    We only charge your credit card when we dispatch your order within 30 days. That means that if you cancel your order before your order is dispatched, you will not be charged on your credit card. In the case of any order amendment before we dispatch your order, we will only charge you the items that we have dispatched. Alternatively, credit limit will be reversed to your credit card account automatically after 30 days (upon the date of authorized transaction).

    For Credit Card payment (UnionPay Online Payment)
    We will charge your credit card once payment is confirmed. That means if you cancel your order, and in case of any order amendment, we may have to arrange refund to you respectively. Please kindly visit "Refund Timeline" for details.


    Fraud protection

    In order to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity, as part of order processing procedure, screen all orders and reserve the right to withhold or refuse processing any orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. In some cases, we may request a copy of your credit card statement through fax or email to verify your payment, or our Customer Service representative may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to disable any member accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.


    Customs & Tax

    When ordering from you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country or region in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from different countries or regions, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

    When you pressing “continue” to place your order, this assumes you have accepted the responsibility for the import duties and/or tax, additional charge and Import Trade Declaration for custom clearance. If you have not been able to complete this statement of the aforementioned and the package is subsequently returned to, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you.

    Order confirmation

    After successfully placing an order, you will see a page thanking you for your order, together with an Order Number. You will also get an order confirmation email with all the details on. If you do not see either of these, there maybe a problem with your order. You can check '"my account > order history" to see if the order is there and therefore has been placed.

    Sometimes an order will be successfully submitted even if you get an error message on the last step. Please check the list of recent orders in "my account" before attempting to place the order again.

    If you do not receive the order confirmation email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails. Please refer to the "Technical > Cannot receive emails" section for more details.


    Changing Orders

    Once you have completed your purchase thru, we do not accept any changes on ordered items and delivery address. For any changes on ordered item or delivery address, a US$5/ HK$40 administration fee is required for each change. Please note: Whenever you make a change of an order, the estimated delivery date will be affected. Once an order is being packed or dispatched, no change will be accepted.


    Cancelling Orders

    We usually dispatch all orders within the next business day. If you would need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and specify your Order Number. A cancel order confirmation email will be sent to you. NOTE: Once an order is being packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled by you or our customer service department.
